Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The G.A.M.E. Plan Academy LLC website, applications, communications, and program services. By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. Program participation may also require a separate enrollment or commitment agreement.
Program Purpose and Eligibility
The Academy provides educational, mentorship, college and career readiness, personal-development, and exploration programming for students generally ranging from 10th grade through sophomore year of college. Eligibility, availability, and program fit are determined by the Academy.
Applications and Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, placement, enrollment, financial assistance, or any specific result. We may request additional information or a conversation with the student and parent or guardian before making an enrollment decision. Information submitted must be accurate and complete.
Tuition and Payment
The founding-cohort tuition currently advertised on this website is a one-time payment of $197. Accepted students receive instructions to pay through Skool or another payment method identified by the Academy. There is no fee to submit the public application. Pricing, included services, deadlines, and any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be disclosed before payment or in the enrollment materials. Third-party payment processing is also subject to the provider’s terms.
Student and Parent Responsibilities
Participants are expected to communicate respectfully, attend required sessions, complete agreed assignments, protect other participants’ privacy, and follow Academy community standards. A parent or legal guardian must approve enrollment and payment for a minor and may be required to sign program agreements or permissions.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
The Academy provides guidance, education, mentorship, resources, and accountability. We do not guarantee grades, scholarships, admissions, athletic recruitment, employment, income, test scores, college acceptance, or any other particular outcome. Student results depend on many factors, including participation, effort, eligibility, and decisions made by third parties.
Educational Information
Website and program content is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, medical, mental-health, tax, or financial advice and is not a substitute for services from a qualified professional, school counselor, coach, institution, or healthcare provider.
Text Messaging Terms
If you separately opt in, you may receive text messages about applications, enrollment, appointments, reminders, program updates, and inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of enrollment. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Third-Party Services
The website and program may use or link to third-party services, including Jotform, Skool, Google Analytics, YouTube, scheduling tools, and communication providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or separate terms.
Intellectual Property
The Academy name, logo, program materials, videos, curriculum, graphics, and website content are owned by or licensed to The G.A.M.E. Plan Academy LLC. You may use materials for your personal participation in the program, but may not copy, sell, republish, distribute, or create derivative commercial materials without written permission.
Acceptable Website Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use Academy content in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written enrollment agreement and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, third-party services, or reliance on general educational content.
Changes and Termination
We may update the website, program offerings, or these Terms. We may restrict website or program access for conduct that threatens safety, violates these Terms or a program agreement, or disrupts the Academy community. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by the effective date above.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
