This Privacy Policy explains how The G.A.M.E. Plan Academy LLC (“Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when students, parents or guardians, prospective families, partners, and visitors use our website, forms, programs, and communications.

Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly, including:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing or school-related information;
• Student grade level, age range, educational interests, career goals, extracurricular or athletic interests, and program needs;
• Application, enrollment, agreement, attendance, scheduling, and communication information;
• Messages, questions, feedback, and optional media permissions; and
• Parent or guardian information and consent when applicable.

Payments are completed through Skool or another disclosed payment provider. We do not directly store full payment-card details on this website.

Website and Analytics Information

When you visit our website, certain information may be collected automatically, such as your device and browser type, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and visit date and time. We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve the visitor experience. You may learn about Google’s practices or use the Google Analytics opt-out tool.

Text Messages and Consent

If you voluntarily check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from The G.A.M.E. Plan Academy regarding applications, enrollment, appointments, reminders, program updates, and inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of enrollment.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers only as needed to deliver communications and operate the program.

How We Share Information

We may share information with vendors that help us operate the Academy, such as Jotform for forms, Skool for the private student community and payments, Google Analytics for website measurement, YouTube for embedded or linked videos, and email, scheduling, or messaging providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information.

Students and Minors

The Academy serves students beginning in the 10th grade and is not directed to children under age 13. Students who are minors should involve a parent or legal guardian in enrollment, agreements, payment, and any consent that requires adult authorization. A parent or guardian may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a minor student’s information, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including program administration, communication, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from nonessential emails, reply STOP to text messages, decline optional media permission, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Some records may be retained where required for safety, payment, contractual, or legal reasons.
